Women who Choose to Challenge- Alison Cesaro

Alison Cesaro

Alison Cesaro – Zinfra

1. What do you choose to challenge?
I challenge everything and I like to be challenged. I think the best results come from the discussion and conflict of ideas and opinions. In my opinion one person alone rarely has the best answer. A mix of people together sharing their ideas and opinions, challenging each other in an effective and respectful way leads you to the best solutions.

2. What would you tell your 20 year old self?
Enjoy it. All things are an experience be they good or bad you will learn from them all.

3. Who inspires you?
There is the easy answer, the people that changed the world like Martin Luther King, Gandhi and others but really just people in the everyday inspire me. The parent who calmly deals with a tantrum throwing toddler, the teacher who happily handles a room of raucous teenagers, those that get up every day and treat patients or fix things, the cancer patient that quietly sits through treatments. I think you can find inspiration everywhere you just need to make the choice to look for it.
