MetaPM’s role was to develop a program of work that would establish a train the trainer program for educators in the Province of Shenzhen, China. The idea was to train these doctors/educators so that they could then skill up thousands of doctors in China.

The client acknowledged that the best way to manage the effort was to establish and run the program was to engage expert program management consultants. The client understood that the proper governance associated with strong program delivery was the best way to manage the highly risky nature of the endeavour.
