MetaPM’s Agile Delivery Solutions services are designed to help organisations transition from traditional ways of working/delivering to agile models of work; we do this with three guiding principles:

2. MetaPM focuses on getting value/work/outcomes delivered whilst bringing the organisation along on the journey. By emphasizing DELIVERY we believe this keeps the teams focused as they go through the change process; it also ensures results from the change can be measured during implementation.

3. Uplifting your internal agile capability so you can do it yourself after we leave. We strongly recommend a blended approach to changing your way of working. We advise an approach involving training, coaching, mentoring and on-the-ground consulting support that builds your internal capability during the change process.

Our approach toproviding agile capability within your organisation integrates MetaPM's three core service lines: Talent, Learning, and Consulting. This holistic approach ensures a comprehensive solution. Here's an overview of our process.

1. Meet With You

Meet with you (our client) to ascertain your requirements, the problems you are attempting to solve (or the opportunities you seek to exploit). We start with your “WHY?” seeking to understand your issues and challenges prior to considering a solution.

2. Solution Preparation

Prepare a solution by leveraging our consulting, talent, and learning service lines to propose initiatives such as workforce augmentation, consulting support, or learning/training programs tailored to address your specific challenges.

3. Talent Sourcing

Supply agile talent as part of the solution by sourcing candidates, conducting screening and interviews, including role-plays and capability assessments, all overseen by our Agile Practice Lead.

4. Consulting Expertise

Provide consulting support by preparing formal proposals tailored to your needs, with options to combine consulting with talent provision. Our Agile Practice Lead ensures the alignment of consulting services with your objectives.

5. Customised Training Solutions

Help you learn by conducting formal training needs analyses in collaboration with our head of learning and the Agile Practice Lead. Learning initiatives can be integrated with talent solutions, consulting support, or both, offering comprehensive development opportunities.

6. Ongoing Support

Offer on-demand support and active account management, including access to our Agile Practice Lead for ad-hoc support or advice. As part of our commitment, a minimum of 0.5 days per month of support is included for every solution provided.
