Course Overview
PRINCE2 Agile® is a solution combining the flexibility and responsiveness of Agile with the defined framework of PRINCE2®. The framework covers a wide range of Agile concepts, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean Startup.
It is designed to help professionals tailor management controls when working in an agile environment, this certification will help you to understand PRINCE2® governance requirements, agile concepts and techniques and the interface between them.
There are two levels of certification available, Foundation and Practitioner.
The Exam Vouchers are provided by PeopleCert and are included within the cost of the course.
The Foundation course is designed for individuals who are new to PRINCE2® and are working in or around an agile project environment and provides an overview of PRINCE2®, an introduction to agile and how to apply the two together.
The Practitioner certification is designed for those who are already certified in either PRINCE2® or PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation levels. It explores the practical application of the PRINCE2 Agile® method with real-world scenarios.

Course Curriculum
Outline
Delivered over three days, the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation Course is a blend of course participation, audio-visual presentations, and case studies. Evening work and study is required.
Students are required to pass the Foundation exam to sit the Practitioner.
The Practitioner is one day in duration and is designed to help students apply the PRINCE2 Agile method in practice through real-world project management examples
