PM Assure – where you have your team in place but require assurance that the project is proceeding in accordance with your project plan.
MetaPM offers a range of reviews and assessments which are undertaken as part of our PM Assure offering. We offer highly skilled and experienced staff to review your project or program and provide you with the assurance that risks are being mitigated or understood, and the health of of your project or program is in line with your expectations. Where MetaPM people identify issues in their assessments, they will develop a roadmap to assist you in returning your project or program to health. The Risk Review is part of our PM Assure package. Following your acceptance of the Risk Review we are able to provide oversight of your project throughout its life. Things like risk analysis, organisational change management, governance, benefits management, business case reviews, and procurement management. MetaPM would provide the relevant specialists to undertake these activities.
