Programmes and Project Offices) and its decision-support /
decision-enabling model to assist senior management in their
decision-making. Our newsletter article last month titled “Management of
Portfolios (MoP®)”, described Portfolio Management in the context of
balancing strategic decision-making in order to enable senior managers
to determine the right investment in organisational change initiatives
and Business-as-Usual (BAU).

Recent Events
May 2011
MetaPM presented at the GMT P3O Project Program Portfolio Office Roundtable event. MetaPM Training Head of Practice and P3O Lead Trainer, Shane Peachey delivered a high level overview of the P3O framework and facilitated an engaging discussion. It is clear that this topic continues to generate great interest and is an evolving strategic concept for many organisations.
