Project Delivery

“The right people on your team will make the difference!”

What is MetaPM Project Delivery?

MetaPM Project Delivery is a flexible approach to project delivery based on accumulated experience in assisting customers in delivering successful projects.  We offer the following levels of project management delivery assistance.

1.    PM Direct – where you want appropriately qualified people to work with your team under your management to fill gaps in capability or skills.

2.    PM Assure – where you have your team in place but require assurance that the project is proceeding in accordance with your project plan.

3.    PM Deliver – where you require MetaPM to take responsibility for managing your project or program and require us to provide the relevant specialists and complete the project on your behalf using some combination of your staff and MetaPM staff.

Project outcomes are enhanced by aligning and supporting the existing capabilities of your organisation with the complexities of the project.

We supplement your team, manage your team, or take responsibility for project outcomes depending on the strengths and weaknesses of your organisation.

As your project implementation partner, we ask the following questions:

1.    What is the status of your project?
2.
Have you considered your options for how your project is to be managed?

What is the status of your project?

Your project may be at the business case stage or may even by under way.  We offer our expert managers to give you a ‘health check’ on your project to provide you with a status report and road map.

A status report is a highly effective means of assuring successful delivery of a project - from mobilisation through to benefits realisation.  MetaPM brings extensive experience, knowledge and a proven approach that accurately and effectively assesses the health of your project.  Our status report provides you with:

•    A holistic view of current capabilities and a roadmap designed to lead you to the desired future or end state of your project.
•    A targeted action plan with a clear focus on achieving both short- and long-term results
•    Details of key gaps, risks and issues and an appropriate action plan for mitigation and resolution
•    A sound basis for confidence that the project will deliver the desired outcomes

We typically start with a Project Risk Review.

Our no-obligation Project Risk Review covers Critical Enablers – those key functions connecting into the stakeholders and governance and Key Techniques – those core competencies that provide the foundation for efficient project delivery.  Ie, the key factors which will make your project succeed or fail.  We review the following:

1.    Your business case, specifications and desired benefits
2.    Governance and sponsorship arrangements
3.    Risk and issues assessment
4.    Impact of project implementation on your organisation
5.    Your project team, their capabilities, skills and shortcomings
6.    Your project methodology
7.    Quality management arrangements

Our Risk Review arms you with details of what needs to be done to ensure project success.  Think of it as a blueprint addressing the key techniques, critical enablers and expert services necessary for success.

Have you considered your options for how your project is to be managed?

As a specialist project management firm, we understand the challenges and risks faced by organisations in making decisions to invest in their scarcest resources: time, people and money.

Depending on the level of project delivery capability, capacity and maturity, MetaPM offer a range of project management services to ensure your projects are delivered successfully.
