Delivery:
This course is a paper based
course that covers the same material as the 3 day MSP Foundation Course, with
additional study guides and tutorial notes. It includes sample exercises that
can be submitted via email for feedback as part of the preparation. Foundation
exam sessions are conducted by MetaPM in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth
and are included in the course cost.
Recommended for:
Senior Project and Programme Managers, Portfolio and Programme
Management Office Managers, Business Change Managers and managers from other
disciplines wishing to develop an understanding of programme management and sit
the MSP Foundation exam.
Ideally, delegates should have worked in a programme environment and have
experience and a good knowledge of project management. MSP does not specify any
preference for specific project management qualifications (eg PRINCE2®
or PMBoK) however experience working in a structured project environment would
be an advantage.

Format & Presentation:
This
course is a self-study approach (with email support) that should take the
participant approximately 24 hours to complete the study and exercises.
Participants can then register at this website using our online registration
form to attend one of our public MSP® Self-Study Foundation Exam Sessions (1
hour exam).

candidates receive a Registered Foundation certificate from the UK Office
of Government Commerce via the APM Group Ltd and are listed on the APM
Group website as MSP Accredited.
