It has been adopted and mandated by most State (Qld, Vic, WA, SA, ACT) and Federal Governments Departments here in Australia. PRINCE2 is taught and used in 42 countries worldwide and provides a sound process based methodology for understanding and managing projects within organisations. It is a flexible PMM that can be used in full, or customised to suit a specific organisation’s requirements.
